About

My goal as a teacher is to help students learn how to express themselves through music. Rather than treating music as a set of rules to memorize, I approach it as a language - something you can learn to understand, speak, and respond to naturally

Lessons are centered around the music that inspires you. Together, we'll explore the sounds, artists, and styles that resonate with you most, investigate what makes those sounds compelling, and work toward translating them onto your instrument in an organic and practical way.

I believe music theory should serve creativity, not restrict it. Concepts such as rhythm, harmony, ear training, and written notation are introduced as tools to help you better understand what you're hearing and how to express your own musical ideas with confidence.

Whether you're picking up an instrument for the first time or looking to deepen your understanding of music, my focus is on helping you develop intuition, creativity, and a genuine connection to the music you love.
